Karen Steele has been an advocate and mentor for women in engineering throughout her career.  Her work experience spans from 3-D mechanisms design to global supply & demand planning.  She believes that a successful career in engineering and science is one where you can constantly learn and also have the freedom to fail. She attributes her success to hard work and not listening to people who say “it can’t be done.”
